Action is oriented to provide education from pre-primary through adult vocational education.

The JRS is an international Catholic organization with the mission to accompany, serve, and plead the cause of refugees and forcibly displaced people. It is present in 57 countries with programmes oriented to provide assistance to refugees in camps and cities, individuals displaced within their own countries, asylum seekers in cities, and those held in detention centers.

As of the end of 2009, more than 500,000 individuals were direct beneficiaries of JRS projects. Education, emergency assistance, health care, livelihood activities, and social services are its main areas of work .”

This project has been implemented in India, Bangladesh, and THe Philippines. Its main goal is to creat in selected communities, understandinf of freedom of religion and belief as a basic human right guaranteed in the National Constitution, the United Nations Declaration of Universal Human Right (UDHR) and teh Declaration of the Elimination of Intolerance and Discrimination based on Religion or Belief (DEIDRB).
